     Pictures, text and site structure shown throughout SA3D are covered by copyright, are officially and in detail documented with respect to identity of author, owner and date of creation and are deposited at the SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Editors).

    Graphic works are original in every sense: 3D objects, rendering processes and graphic postproduction have been made ex novo and do not represent the results of manipulation, copy or re-edition of any preexisting material.

     Pictures shown in SA3D never yielded the author any profit or revenues under any respect, directly or indirectly: creation and publication of images have been a free initiative sprung uniquely from the will to share a passion (3D graphics, anime or both) with other people.

     Grabbing and diffusion of pictures or other parts of SA3D are allowed only under explicit permission of the author; manipulation, trade and in general any use intended for personal profit is any case forbidden and made against the will of the author.
